and this is how my love for fitness and well-being began

Since I was very young, I've had a passion for sport and the outdoors.

In 2021, I moved abroad for my studies, which meant I couldn't continue with my usual routine. This major change has led me to explore the world of fitness in more detail to find a routine that suits me, and to discover the world of wellbeing more widely. I started this journey in 2021, as a total beginner, and my aim today is to share the knowledge I wish I'd had when I started.

This journey has taught me the benefits and importance of healthy eating, the benefits of moving your body, particularly through calisthenics, and the power of a strong growth mindset.

My aim is to share what I know, what has worked for me and could work for YOU. I love to help others find routines that work for them, and that allow them to unleash their full potential with minimal constraints whilst ensuring long-term wellbeing.
